Pickleball

SAVE THE DATE! Already the 5th Pickleball Finnish Open, organized by Pickleball Finland will be played in Espoo on 28th–30th November, 2025. This will be our 14th tournament, run by the most experienced tournament organizer in Finland. The tournament will feature Singles as well as Gender and Mixed Doubles events in several skill and age categories, at superb playing conditions. Welcome!

Tournament details:

Date & time: 28th–30th November 2025 (schedule and days of events will be confirmed later)
- Based on the overall number of registrants the tournament may also be played as a 2-day event

Planned events:
- Women's and Men's Singles
- Women's and Men's Doubles
- Mixed Doubles
Planned catergories: several skill and age (will be announced in September when the registration opens)
Official tournament ball: will be announced later
The tournament will be played on excellent acrylic tennis courts (GreenSet Comfort) w/ taped pickleball lines
At least 8–12 pickleball courts available
All paddles used in the tournament must be USAP Approved and must be listed on the USAP Approved paddles website: https://equipment.usapickleball.org/paddle-list/. The "USA Pickleball Approved" logo alone will not qualify
Match results will be registered on DUPR. Each player must have their DUPR account (free) when registering in the tournament
The venue features a nice café w/ hot meals available, and a gallery for easy viewing over all courts. Locker rooms, showers and saunas available.
The tournament venue has easy access by train from/to Helsinki center (20 mins) and Helsinki-Vantaa Airport (45 mins). There's a commuter train station ("Koivuhovi") 700 metres from the venue. Free parking.
